Extremely hungry guests can try a tasty soup for hors-d'oeuvre. The following specialities are recommended: wedding soup, a clear broth with spicy dumplings, liver balls and little semolina dumplings. A delicious cream soup with fresh chanterelles or porcinis is also very much favoured.
