Chef de Cuisine Mirko Gaul´s style is a modern conception of "Asian Fusion", in which Gaul deconstructs the authentic aromas of the high culinaric traditions of Japan, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia in order to interpret them anew. Chef de Cuisine Mirko Gaul and his team will prepare refined dishes which have won the restaurant one star in the Guide Michelin and 16 of 20 points in the Gault Millau.
Opening times are Tuesday through Saturday 12 - 14 h and 18:30 - 21:30 h (ordering times). Restaurant taku is closed Sundays and Mondays.
