bean&beluga is a gourmet restaurant located in the Weißer Hirsch district of Dresden, featuring one Michelin star and 17 points in Gault&Millau as well as the title “Restaurant of the Year 2013” by renowned German food magazine Der Feinschmecker. The restaurant was opened in 2007 by Stefan Hermann, who lovingly restored a 1912 town villa as part of an exceptional catering concept – additionally comprising a wine bar, a delicatessen store and a culinary school. At the bean&beluga Restaurant the clear linearity of the interior, the noble but discreet decoration, and the charming service all still leave enough room for the authentic and straightforward cuisine which is a delight to the senses because of the exquisite quality of the products, and the passion and creativity that goes into it.
